The Thomas Strittmatter Screenplay Award of MFG Filmförderung Baden-Württemberg celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2018.

 

The jubilee film honors the namesake who died prematurely and the winners of previous years by giving them the chance to tell their own stories behind their stories.
